ADM Support: Responses and Updates

This screencast walks you through the process of responding to a technician note or posting updates to an ADM Support ticket.  Since the email address that sends ADM Support notifications is an unmonitored utility account, responses must be posted by clicking the link in the ADM Support email, rather than replying to the email message itself.  As soon as your response or update is submitted, the technician handling your ticket is immediately notified by email that you’ve posted new information.
