Using ADM Support for Technology Support Requests

When requesting technology help within the ADM Community School District, the best approach is to submit a support request using the ADM Support system (  This online support system is accessible from anywhere, and immediately alerts tech staff via email that your ticket has submitted.  Responses to your ticket will be emailed directly to you, and you can post replies and additional information to the system as well.  This screencast walks you through the process of submitting a support ticket.
